The first Annual General Meeting of the Society of Agriculture will be held on Friday 4th September 2026 commencing at 10am online via Zoom using the following details:

Written notice of items to be raised under Any Other Business must be lodged by emailing the Director (victoria@soc-ag.org) by 28th August 2026.
Council has nominated the persons listed in the notice for election or appointment to the relevant officer and Council vacancies at the AGM.
In accordance with the Society of Agriculture’s Rules, any member entitled to vote may nominate another member for election to any office or Council vacancy, provided that the nominee has confirmed their willingness to serve if elected. Nominations must be received by the Society no later than seven days before the AGM by emailing the Director victoria@soc-ag.org.
If the number of nominations for any vacancy exceeds the number of vacancies, a ballot will be held at the AGM.
Members elected to Council will become charity trustees of the Society of Agriculture, subject to eligibility and acceptance of office in accordance with the Society’s Constitution.
