is a highly respected Agricultural and Environmental Consultant with more than 30 years’ experience advising farmers, landowners, estates and rural businesses across the United Kingdom. He is a Partner in S&S Britton LLP, a specialist consultancy providing strategic agricultural, environmental and business management advice, helping clients develop resilient and profitable businesses while balancing environmental enhancement and social value.

is an independent natural capital consultant. She is an Agricultural Valuer, a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Environmentalist with 30 years’ experience of rural land management in practice, policy and academia.
Kate founded Tellus Natural Capital Ltd in 2021 to advise and support farmers and landowners across the UK to prepare for and take advantage of emerging new markets in ecosystem services. She advises clients in the private, public and voluntary sectors on biodiversity net gain, nutrient neutrality, carbon and natural flood management and has worked on a number of grant-funded Landscape Recovery and NEIRF projects. She speaks widely to groups of farmers, businesses and students on the subject of natural capital.
