Neil Catton, Sterling SRS
Neil has been working as a Health & Safety Professional for over 30 years, following previous management roles and experience in the Military.
He holds an MSc in Risk Management & Safety Technology and is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH. 
Over his career he has held posts as Group Health & Safety Manager for three large UK and Europe based Food Production Companies, the most recent as Group Safety & Risk Director for the G’s Group, with responsibilities across the UK operations, and Poland, Spain and Czech Republic.
In early 2018 Neil set up his own consultancy, Sterling Safety & Risk Services Ltd, providing Safety Leadership, Culture Change, Performance Improvement, Training and Auditing Services to a wide client base spanning industries from heavy engineering, food and agriculture, Ports, and support services across the UK, Europe, and also the USA and Canada. In recent times he has assigned more time to Agricultural & Food Industry Safety.
With IOSH Neil started his volunteering service with the East Anglia Branch in 2000, and went on to serve on other committees, including Food & Drink Group, Financial Services, Consultancy Group and represented IOSH as a whole on the HSE Food Forum. He was also a member of IOSH Council and served as an IOSH Vice President and was awarded the IOSH Presidents Distinguished Service Award, the Presidents Gold Award and the IOSH Rob Strange Award for exceptional service to Networks. In total he completed 23 years volunteering service.

Tanya is an experienced presenter and reporter across TV and Radio both locally and nationally.  For many years she was the sports reporter for the  BBC in Yorkshire, one of the first women to have an on-screen role in sport.  She’s gone on to present Rugby League for the BBC, the highlight being the World Cup held in England in 2022. She’s also reported on 2 Olympic Games and a Commonwealth Games as well as other countless big sporting occasions.
