Across its history, the Estate has been responsible for the stewardship of this land: building homes and churches; planting forests; producing food and timber; and supporting rural prosperity.

Clinton Devon Estates, under the leadership of the 23rd Baron Lord Clinton, owns and manages 10,000 hectares of land across three separate Estates: the Heanton Estate in North Devon; the Beer and Clinton Estates in East Devon; and, a major part of the East Devon Pebblebed Heaths. The Clinton Barony was formed in 1299 and is amongst one of the oldest in England.
