The Society of Agriculture’s latest Ambassador training has been featured in a National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs (NFYFC) update highlighting the new partnership to support leadership development across the YFC network and the wider agricultural industry.
The article focuses on recent ambassadorial training delivered at NFYFC’s offices at Stoneleigh Park, alongside future Defra-funded NFYFC leadership training for county chairs and staff planned for early 2027.
YFC members took part in the first round of Society of Agriculture Ambassador training in May, learning how to communicate personal and authentic stories about their agricultural careers, as well as exploring the value of effective networking and relationship-building.
