To apply for Fellowship, you need to demonstrate career experience in four out of the following twelve areas:

Society of Agriculture (SocAg) award Fellowship to individuals who have made and outstanding contribution to agriculture or the wider rural sector. To apply for Fellowship, you need to demonstrate career experience in four out of the following twelve areas:

Please note that before submitting your application for upgrade to Fellowship, you should be aware of the following:

  1. There is an assessment application fee
  2. You must have your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record up to date via you Member login on the SocAg website regardless of your current membership grade
  3. You will be required to submit third party evidence. Evidence may be a letter, certificate or email. This evidence should be uploaded separately by PDF or attached to this application form
  4. You will be required to give details of a referee who may be a member or professional member of SocAg or another suitably qualified professional
  5. You will continue to adhere to the code of professional conduct as set out by SocAg
  6. If your application is successful, you may pay a higher annual subscription
  7. Applications are assessed by the Professional Standards Committee and ratified by Council. Please note that SocAg reserves the right to call any relevant applicant forward for interview.
