Thomas Hind ASAg

Tom was raised on his family's farm in North Yorkshire and has been passionate about agriculture from an early age. After graduating from Harper Adams University with first class honours, he pursued a career in rural professional practice, becoming a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2020.

Tom joined HL Hutchinson in 2026 as a farm business consultant and works with a diverse range of farming clients across Yorkshire and the North of England, providing strategic, financial and technical advice to help businesses improve profitability, resilience and long-term sustainability.
