Kate Russell is an independent Natural Capital consultant, Agricultural Valuer, Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Environmentalist. She co-founded Tellus Natural Capital Ltd in 2021 to help farmers and landowners across the UK to prepare for and take advantage of emerging markets in ecosystem services.
Kate advises farmers and landowners across the UK on emerging natural capital markets, including those for biodiversity, carbon, nutrient mitigation and natural flood management. She also delivers natural capital appraisals and opportunity mapping for farm clusters and rural estates. As an independent advisor, she works alongside existing teams to deliver a service tailored to the client’s specific needs.
