Emily Mosley farms in Derbyshire alongside her parents, running a small beef suckler herd, while also working as a FACTS-qualified Farm Advisor at Bagshaws LLP. In this role, Emily supports a diverse range of farm businesses across Derbyshire and Staffordshire, providing tailored advice on Agri-Environment and grant schemes, including large-scale infrastructure grants, farm business planning and rural legislation.

Emily also specialises in nutrient management planning, NVZ record-keeping and supporting farmers in resolving Environment Agency compliance issues. Alongside her professional role, she is Vice County Chair for the Derbyshire NFU, representing and supporting farmers within the county.

Emily studied BSc (Hons) Agriculture with Farm Business Management at Harper Adams University. During her studies, she was a finalist in the Pinnacle Awards for Excellence in Business Management (2021) and won the AgriScot Business Skills Award (2021). Following university, Emily moved to the Scottish Highlands, where she worked as a Farm Administrator on a large-scale beef, sheep and arable enterprise, before returning to Derbyshire and joining Bagshaws LLP.
