Applications are open for the programme for those with the ambition and potential to influence the future of agriculture.
Delivered across three residential weeks in Cirencester, Brussels and the Netherlands, and Westminster, the programme combines strategic leadership development with direct exposure to senior industry figures, policymakers, research institutions and influential organisations.
Participants will be challenged to look beyond their immediate roles, strengthen their leadership judgement and engage with the wider economic, political and strategic issues shaping agriculture. They will also join the Agricultural Leadership alumni network, building lasting connections with leaders from across the sector.
