Farm business managers, land managers and rising industry professionals are being invited to develop their management skills through the Society of Agriculture’s Farm Management Skills Programme 2026, taking place at Harper Adams University this November.
The programme offers an opportunity to build practical business knowledge, strengthen confidence and develop the management capabilities needed to respond to the demands of modern farming. Delivered through eight expert-led, one-day modules, it covers key areas of farm business management, from personal effectiveness and managing people to finance, risk, agreements and the future direction of the industry.
Aimed at farm owners, partners, managers and those taking on greater responsibility within agricultural businesses, the course is designed to support better decision-making, stronger business planning and more effective day-to-day management in an increasingly complex agricultural landscape.
